Everyone loves tomatoes dried under the hot Italian summer sunshine and they've become ubiquitous. Here's something new and delicious to try - and we think they are unique.
Sacla' chooses sun-ripened vine tomatoes at the height of the summer season, and carefully peels the whole fruit before roasting them in the oven to dry them a little and bake in all the sweetness. They're then marinated in a fabulously seasoned, fiery red chilli oil, ready to enjoy with antipasti, salads and pasta dishes.
