Fresh, crisp white with a medium structure and mild acidity. Citrus fruit, lemon zest and citrus blossoms on the nose, along with hint of tropical fruits, herbs and sweet spices. Lovely minerality on the finish. The grapes are gently pressed at cold temperatures. Fermentation takes places at temperatures of 18°-20°C. The wine spends a period on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
