A contemporary style of dry gin made with 3 traditional gin botanicals and 5 specific Japanese botanicals. Yuzu citrus fruit gives our gin a citrus hit, with fragrant tart grapefruit and juicy mandarin orange overtones. Sansho pepper adds a touch of very fragrant spice and a long finish to our gin. A touch of distilled Sake spirit adds a soft sweetness which gently wraps up and accompanies the 5 Japanese botanicals. SERVING SUGGESTION Delicious in a classic G&T, garnished with grapefruit or yuzu.
