This 19th century fruitwood table was owned by my cousin. She used it to serve the most delicious lunches from, in her dining room in the county of Wiltshire. Named Marquette as the room had a rather French feel, “it was a bit like tripping over Paris in the country” and I still have great feelings of joy when I look at this interpretation of a favourite piece. Marble topped practicality makes Marquette ideal for everyday purposes.
