Vintage University Display Crate and Bottles - This is an interesting item - Liverpool University’s Oceanography Department vintage crate with numerous sample bottles. The Bakelite screw-lids indicate that the bottles are from the 1960/70. We wouldn’t recommend using the bottles for drinking water, but they do make a great display item in the home or retail environment. The crate would make a great display rack, perhaps for spice bottles in the kitchen. There is a rope handle on one side only.
