Originally called Paccheri, legend has it that the round shape of this pasta was crafted to smuggle garlic across the Alps into Austria - it’s the ideal size for four cloves. Paccarielli Rigati is slightly smaller and honours its history by paring beautifully with strong garlic flavours. We recommend stuffing with mushrooms and serving with a white wine sauce. It is also the perfect partner for heavy, meat-based sauces.
