Nose: Grapefruit peel, thick cut marmalade, generous earthy juniper and a spicy kick of cardamom. Palate: Juniper becomes sweeter on the palate, though just as generous. Menthol, orange peel and peppercorn. Finish: Refreshing with plenty of fragrant herbs and a pinch of cracked black pepper.
