Leading the charge is Gabe, a cider expert or as they call her in the trade a Ciderologist. Gabe has been working with fermented apples for over 15 years, working with small farmhouse makers as well as huge companies. Join her next year for a cider cruise up the Thames, setting off from Lambeth Pier for a 2.5 hr boat trip. Her cohort on the adventure is Sam Nightingale, of Nightingale Cider. His company has been producing award winning Kentish ciders and perries from his orchards in Tenterden. What started as a hobby has become a love affair with the golden liquid.
