The story behind the design This playful, parody design is inspired by Michelangelo’s infamous masterpiece; The Creation of Adam. Excitedly visiting the Vatican during a romantic jaunt to Rome, Lauren was awestruck by its vast, painted ceiling. So much so that she was immediately compelled to pen her own version, but with the added irreverent juxtaposition of gender. The feminine hands adorned with bracelets and nail varnish, render this widely recognised meme with an unexpected and stylish twist.
