Chardonnay is the white grape grown in the Chablis region of Burgundy. This is a rich, slightly buttery style of wine packed with pure fruit flavours of lemons, limes and melons. It has a dry, almost chalky feel in the mouth also. It will be an ideal partner to seafood and grilled fish dishes.
