Located in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon, in the South of France, Domaine de Cabrials lies on chalk and clay terraces to the west of Beziers. Cabrials’ present mansion was built in the 19th century on the site of a medieval castle; its castle still is occupied, and its large vineyard is farmed by Bernard Julien. The Domaine has a beautiful 19th century cellar with huge oak casks, today used for the ageing and storage of the wines. This Rose is fairly dry with plenty of berry flavours, nice clean finish too.
