Antique Ox-Cart Wheel - We believe this historic ox-cart wheel from Northern India dates back to the end of c19th or early c20th.Crafted from a tropical hardwood, this antique cartwheel would have been manufactured in a small Indian village by the dedicated wheel carver. An unusual piece of travel history.This solid spokeless-wheel is carved from extremely dense teak hardwood – obviously a pre-requisite for its long-term durability.
