Until August 2020 regulations didn’t allow the use of red grapes in the production of Prosecco, making the production of rosé Prosecco impossible. This year the Prosecco DOC Consortium have approved the use of Pinot Noir to create a stunning Rosé Prosecco. Working directly with Bottega we can supply this fabulous new range extension.
